HOME
Let’s be honest. I make a living selling homes. So, it would be very easy for me to create a site all about how wonderful I am. I can go on about my professionalism, my integrity and my good instincts, which are all true of course!
But I want this site to be helpful, a place to find valuable insights into which Toronto neighbourhoods are emerging as vital new communities, which ones have established themselves and which ones are on the edge of transformation.

If you’re looking to find a condo, an investment property, a house, a great return on your investment, or if you’re just as obsessed about Toronto’s changing neighbourhoods as I am, then you’ve come to the right place!
Toronto’s emerging neighbourhoods are often a mix of low-income housing or industrial wasteland with little in the way of infrastructure. That is, until the hipsters, restaurants and dog-and-baby crowd start to take over. This process does not unfold at the same rate or at the same time in a given location. So, I have created a gentrification scale from 1 to 5.
1 - no improvements yet
2 - early signs of improvement
3 - on its way
4 - almost transformed
5 - arrived
It’s up to you to determine where on this scale you would like to jump in, if you are interested in living
in an EMERGING NEIGHBOURHOOD.
