My broad knowledge of the Toronto market, consumer and design trends have been cultivated during and before my time in real estate. With my unique set of skills, I offer an innovative and accountable approach to meet the needs of my clients.
My zeal for real estate began in the television industry. I worked in the early part of my career, writing, developing and producing for home, lifestyle and specialty channels in Canada and the United States. Many of these series focused on the renovation, buying and selling of real estate. Through this, I had the opportunity to see first hand how the experts do it and dress it up. What works and what doesn’t. Which ideas were duds and which ones deliver the “wow” factor.
During my time in real estate, my business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their introductions to friends and family. Year over year, I have been a consistent top producer at Bosley Real Estate.
For sellers, I provide a marketing service that is both distinctive and effective, combining methods that fully embrace the digital age, enhancing the exposure of a property, and ultimately maximizing price. My negotiating skills, while not intimidating, have produced the results that my clients expect. My clientele ranges from first-time sellers to seasoned multiple-dwelling owners of million dollar homes. On average, I sell my properties 33% faster than the typical Toronto real estate. My average sold price is 5% above the list price. As a result I net an average of $25,654 more per property than the average Toronto real estate salesperson.
For buyers, my years of experience, listening skills, and attention to detail have kept my clients loyal. I identify the needs of my buyers and match them to the best possible property, often digging up opportunities that others were unable to see. And most importantly, I make my clients very happy with the outcome.
