We have been through seven home sales relating to job transfers and have had different salespersons each time. As each individual approaches the marketing of a home differently, we have been able to compare techniques.

When interviewing David as to how he would present our home over other realtors, we had no deep seated belief that it would actually be “new and improved” service.

Having now been through the successful home sale process with David, we wonder HOW any of our other homes have even sold with such minimal presentation! There are photos and then there are photos. The professional photographer he used was so effective that this house sold site unseen. The buyer only saw the photos and video presentation having never set foot in the property in person.

The video involved the viewer to the neighbourhood and incorporated the feeling of living in the home like no other presentation we have seen.

The research of the city, demographics etc went beyond what you can pull from the city website. There was obvious leg work involved and not just interviewing the home owner. It’s quite impressive the efficiency of the process: calls and emails from his office for every viewing with no abuses of the lock box and respect for our home past being a commodity. Our family life, pets and personal boundaries were very much considered by David. Even in the height of the crazy Toronto panic of house buys and competing offers and holding back offers etc., we were not subjected to pressure to make decisions before we were emotionally ready.  That’s a patient realtor in Toronto!

We would be most pleased to use David again, but we are moving out of province and now the proverbial “bar” is so high, good luck to our next realtor with that challenge!

Well done Mr Coffey, well done.
