The best part of established neighbourhoods is that they are established. Demand to be in these neighbourhoods are strong, and the benefits of living in this part of Toronto are huge. Prices for these neighbourhood properties may run at a premium, but there are very good reasons these neighbourhoods are in demand. You are often in a central location. The transit and highways, are easily accessible. And very often, you’ll find the better Toronto schools.
Established neighbourhoods have been high functioning Toronto neighbourhood for decades. The housing stock is rarely run down and often renovated to luxurious standards, thought there will be some fixer uppers in these neighbourhoods as well.
